Your Custom Challenge is a tailor-made simulation lab designed to accelerate learning, test decisions, and explore new ways of working without exposing the business to real-world risk.
We design realistic environments with customer specific situation and data, in which teams can experiment situations that would otherwise require months of implementation, coordination and investment.
For example, we have developed custom labs to:
- simulate a new product development process, allowing all participants to experience their new roles, responsibilities, interactions, and decision points before applying the process to real projects;
- simulate entry into a new market, challenging teams to understand an unfamiliar competitive environment and define a product specifically designed for that market;
- simulate a major change in a product portfolio, asking teams to decide which products to develop, evolve, reposition or discontinue, while balancing customer needs, investments, risks, and business priorities.
In a complex world, many decisions cannot be validated through analysis alone. They need to be tested through experiments — the fundamental logic behind an agile approach.
A simulation lab is therefore a particularly powerful experiment: it compresses time, makes consequences visible, encourages learning across functions, and allows organizations to test alternative decisions in a risk-free environment for the business.
