Better ideas and better products emerge when different experiences, perspectives and knowledge come together.
The strongest ideas are rarely generated in isolation. Diverse teams are more likely to challenge assumptions, look at problems from different angles and identify solutions that a single person—or a homogeneous group—might overlook. In Product Management, where decisions often involve customers, technology, business, design and sustainability, this diversity is particularly valuable.
For this reason, EuPMA aims to connect Product Managers from different companies to exchange experiences, perspectives and ideas, creating opportunities for cross-pollination and mutual learning.
But EuPMA does not aim to become another social network or simply an online forum. The objective is to create practical opportunities for interaction and collaboration.
EuPMA therefore promotes occasions where Product Managers from different organizations can work together on real topics and challenges, compare approaches, discuss decisions, contribute their experience and develop ideas collectively.
By bringing together people who operate in different markets, manage different products and face different challenges, EuPMA helps create an environment where knowledge can move across organizational and industry boundaries.

Open Innovation Challenges (EuPMA Approved Activity - delivered by partners)
Get a support from the Product Management community.
When a company is facing a product-related challenge — for example, products that are too similar to competitors and can only be sold through heavy discounting, mature products that need to be revitalized or declining products that may need to be replaced — it can launch an Open Innovation Challenge to the EuPMA community.
The company formulates a clear challenge question and provides the relevant business, market, customer and product context. EuPMA Product Managers then work together to explore the problem from different perspectives, challenge assumptions and develop possible responses.
The goal is to bring together diverse Product Management experience and fresh thinking to provide the company with practical insights, alternative options and actionable recommendations.
Inside Product Management
Discover how Product Management really works inside other companies.
Inside Product Management gives EuPMA members the opportunity to learn directly from other Product Managers and organizations, exploring how they approach real challenges, make decisions and organize their work.
Each session offers a practical look inside a company: how Product Management is structured, how teams interact with R&D, Marketing, Sales and other functions, how customer needs are collected, how priorities are defined, how products are developed and how specific challenges are addressed.
The goal is not to present best practices in theory, but to share real experiences, different approaches and lessons learned, creating opportunities for discussion and cross-pollination between Product Managers from different companies and industries.
Because seeing how others work is one of the best ways to question our own practices, discover new possibilities and improve together.

For more specific or confidential discussions, you can also contact one-to-one the Product Managers of the Product Managers Directory who have made themselves available to support other members, based on their experience, industry or areas of expertise.
